Welcome to TradingLens. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of gettradinglens.com and any related websites, software, tools, features, content, and services operated by Sreemon (operating as TradingLens) (“TradingLens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using TradingLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. Overview of the Service

TradingLens is an application that allows users to upload market-related screenshots, including chart images such as TradingView screenshots, and receive AI-assisted analysis, extracted observations, market insights, and data-enriched responses that may incorporate information from third-party sources such as Yahoo Finance and similar providers.

TradingLens is provided for informational and educational purposes only. TradingLens does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use TradingLens. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access some or all features of TradingLens. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TradingLens in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive. You may not use the service to upload content that infringes the rights of others, violates any law, contains malware, or is intended to manipulate, overload, or disrupt the platform.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, replicate, resell, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the screenshots, images, text, and other content you upload to TradingLens (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to upload the content you submit and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

If you upload screenshots from third-party platforms or services, including charting platforms, brokers, or market data sites, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use and upload of those materials is permitted under the applicable third-party terms.

6. AI-Generated Output

TradingLens uses automated systems and AI-based tools to generate outputs based on uploaded images, user prompts, chart patterns, and third-party market data. These outputs may include interpretations, suggestions, identified levels, trend observations, or similar information.

You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misleading, or inappropriate for your intended purpose. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, validating, and assessing any output before relying on it.

TradingLens does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any output.

7. No Financial Advice

TradingLens is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, research analyst, or financial planner. Nothing on the service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to engage in any transaction.

Any insights, summaries, extracted levels, technical observations, or market-related content are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

8. Third-Party Data and Services

TradingLens may display, summarize, or incorporate information from third-party sources, including but not limited to Yahoo Finance and similar providers. We do not own or control those third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, content, or functionality.

Your use of third-party content may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

9. Intellectual Property

TradingLens, gettradinglens.com, and all related branding, software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and other content provided by us, excluding User Content and third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to Sreemon (operating as TradingLens) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the service except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

10. Fees and Payments

If TradingLens offers paid subscriptions or paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change pricing, features, or billing terms at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to a billing period already paid for.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TradingLens at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

12. Disclaimers

TradingLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sreemon (operating as TradingLens), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses arising out of or related to your use of TradingLens.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sreemon (operating as TradingLens), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of TradingLens, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TradingLens at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
