V current trend
The trend on V is read from the higher-timeframe chart. We treat the daily chart as the structural timeframe and use the 4-hour chart for entries. When the two agree, the trend is considered confirmed. When they disagree, we wait for alignment.
A confirmed trend on V is one where:
- The daily chart prints higher highs and higher lows (uptrend) or lower highs and lower lows (downtrend)
- The 4-hour chart agrees with the daily direction
- Price is respecting a clear moving average or structure level
If any of those three conditions are missing, V is in transition. Transitions are the most common source of losses, so the rule is to reduce size until the trend reasserts.
